Claims (5)
1. An osteoarticular correction fixator, comprising:
A wrist-securing cuff adapted to be secured to a wrist;
The retaining assembly comprises a fixed seat, a stop piece and a retaining arm, the fixed seat is arranged on the wrist fixing sleeve, the stop piece is arranged on the fixed seat, and the retaining arm is positioned below the stop piece and can pivot around a preset axis relative to the fixed seat;
the palm fixing sleeve is suitable for being fixed on a palm and connected with the holding arm so as to move along with the holding arm;
a first elastic member provided between the stopper and the holding arm;
The fixed seat is provided with a first gear and a second gear, the first gear and the second gear are arranged up and down oppositely, and the first gear is meshed with the second gear;
The stop piece is fixed to the first gear, one end of the retaining arm is fixed to the second gear so as to enable the stop piece and the retaining arm to synchronously rotate in a direction approaching to each other or a direction separating from each other, and the other end of the retaining arm is connected with the palm fixing sleeve;
the other end of the holding arm is provided with a universal ball head, and the palm fixing sleeve is provided with a head seat which is in running fit with the universal ball head.
2. The bone joint correction fixator of claim 1 wherein the palm fixing sleeve is provided with a contraction adjuster for adjusting the radial size of the palm fixing sleeve to vary the tightening force applied by the palm fixing sleeve to the palm.
3. The bone joint correction fixator of claim 2 wherein the contraction adjuster comprises:
a winding box;
the reel is arranged in the winding box in a pivotable manner, and one end of the reel extends out of the winding box to form an operation part;
A locking assembly disposed between the spool and the winding box to selectively lock the spool in a desired angular position;
The palm fixing sleeve is a strip-shaped piece, and two ends of the strip-shaped piece penetrate into the winding box to be connected with the winding shaft, so that the palm fixing sleeve is contracted along the radial direction by winding the strip-shaped piece on the winding shaft when the winding shaft rotates.
4. The bone joint correction fixator of claim 3 wherein the locking assembly comprises:
The first gear ring is fixed on the winding box, and a plurality of tooth parts are arranged on the side surface of the first gear ring at intervals along the circumferential direction;
The second gear ring is fixed on the scroll, a plurality of tooth grooves are formed in the side face of the second gear ring at intervals along the circumferential direction, and the tooth parts are matched with the tooth grooves;
the second elastic piece is arranged between the second gear ring and the winding box and is used for providing elastic acting force to force the second gear ring to be attached to the first gear ring.
5. The bone joint correction anchor of claim 1, wherein the anchor block comprises:
A base plate portion fixed to the wrist fixing bush by a fastener;
a first branch portion and a second branch portion which are oppositely provided on the substrate portion and protrude upward;
The first gear is pivotally mounted on the first support portion and the second support portion through a first pivot shaft, the second gear is pivotally mounted on the first support portion and the second support portion through a second pivot shaft, and the second gear is located below the first gear.
