2. The bone joint correction fixator of claim 1 wherein the palm fixing sleeve is provided with a contraction adjuster for adjusting the radial size of the palm fixing sleeve to vary the tightening force applied by the palm fixing sleeve to the palm.
3. The bone joint correction fixator of claim 2 wherein the contraction adjuster comprises:
a winding box;
the reel is arranged in the winding box in a pivotable manner, and one end of the reel extends out of the winding box to form an operation part;
A locking assembly disposed between the spool and the winding box to selectively lock the spool in a desired angular position;
The palm fixing sleeve is a strip-shaped piece, and two ends of the strip-shaped piece penetrate into the winding box to be connected with the winding shaft, so that the palm fixing sleeve is contracted along the radial direction by winding the strip-shaped piece on the winding shaft when the winding shaft rotates.

The second gear ring is fixed on the scroll, a plurality of tooth grooves are formed in the side face of the second gear ring at intervals along the circumferential direction, and the tooth parts are matched with the tooth grooves;
the second elastic piece is arranged between the second gear ring and the winding box and is used for providing elastic acting force to force the second gear ring to be attached to the first gear ring.
