Abstract
The invention provides a beverage with a weight-losing effect, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.2 to 0.3 percent of L-carnitine, 1 to 1.5 percent of erythritol, 0.015 to 0.03 percent of green tea concentrated powder (G-type catechin accounts for 90 percent), 0.1 to 0.2 percent of mate tea powder, 0.012 to 0.018 percent of glucosyl stevioside, 0.008 to 0.012 percent of edible essence, 0.03 to 0.05 percent of citric acid and a proper amount of water; the total amount is 100%. The invention is a healthy tea drink with weight-reducing effect, the G-type catechin, the L-carnitine and the mate tea are combined and applied to the tea drink for the first time, and the tea drink also has the effects of reducing weight and slimming while enjoying the tea drink.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of weight-reducing drinks, in particular to a drink (L-carnitine, green tea and mate tea) with a weight-reducing effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The tea contains many components, nearly 500. Mainly comprises caffeine, theophylline, theobromine, choline, xanthine, flavonoids and glycosides, tea tannin, catechin, terpenes, phenols, alcohols, aldehydes, acids, esters, aromatic oil compounds, carbohydrates, multiple vitamins, proteins and amino acids. The amino acids include cysteine, methionine, glutamic acid, arginine, etc. The tea also contains various minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, ferrum, fluorine, iodine, manganese, molybdenum, zinc, selenium, copper, germanium, magnesium, etc. The components in the tea are beneficial to human bodies, and especially manganese can promote the formation of vitamin C in fresh tea and improve the anticancer effect of the tea.
The green tea is prepared from new leaves or buds of tea trees by processes of enzyme deactivation, shaping, drying and the like without fermentation, and natural substances of the fresh leaves and contained tea polyphenol, catechin, chlorophyll, caffeine, amino acid, vitamins and other nutritional ingredients are reserved. The green color and the tea soup preserve the green style of the fresh tea leaves, so the tea is named.
L-carnitine is an amino acid-like substance naturally existing in human bodies and has the functions of transporting fat to mitochondria and accelerating the combustion and decomposition of the fat, so that consumers can lose weight.
The mate tea is prepared from leaves of mate tree (ilex paraguariensis), is an effervescent tea which is derived from south America and is rich in caffeine, and has refreshing effect after initial drinking and smoking fragrance. The mate tea contains mate factor, which has the functions of exciting nervous system, refreshing, raising immunity and stimulating the natural resistance of body organ to various diseases. The mate tea can stimulate bile and gastric acid secretion to increase, keep intestinal tract clean, reduce gastric bacteria, promote digestion and prevent halitosis. The mate tea contains antioxidant and amino acid, and can prevent blood from accumulating on artery wall, and prevent arteriosclerosis and apoplexy. It also has effects of removing cholesterol in intestinal tract and blood, and reducing weight and blood lipid.
In recent years, a number of tea beverages have appeared on the market including: green tea, black tea, oolong tea, white tea, scented tea, black tea and the like, and is deeply loved by consumers. The existing tea beverage is mostly prepared by tea juice concentrated solution or dry tea powder prepared by a special process and other additives, and most of tea beverages are added with white granulated sugar and the like which have better mouthfeel but also have higher energy; the pure tea beverage available on the market, although belonging to zero calorie beverage, is not accepted by most consumers due to its unique flavor. Therefore, the development of a healthy tea drink with rich taste, rich catechin and L-carnitine and functionality has huge commercial opportunity.
The green tea concentrated powder used in the patent is the patent green tea concentrated powder which is developed by Tiancao Zhejiang and contains 90% of compound G-type catechin, and can effectively reduce fat intake of a body, thereby achieving the effect of reducing weight. The L-carnitine can effectively accelerate the burning and decomposition of fat, thereby enabling consumers to achieve the effect of losing weight and slimming. The mate tea has the efficacy of clearing and purifying cholesterol in intestinal tracts and blood so as to achieve the effects of losing weight and reducing fat.
It has been reported that in the research of the effects of exercise, EGCG catechin and L-carnitine on fat metabolism and energy metabolism of obese rats, the combined effect of the three on obese mice is found to be superior to the independent use effect of the three; but the research on the combined action of the L-carnitine, the green tea and the mate tea is not carried out; based on the above, the invention provides a beverage with a weight-losing effect and a preparation method thereof.

(1) water treatment: the water for the beverage is clarified, filtered, softened and sterilized for standby;
(2) dissolving the mixed powder in the standby water in the step (1), adding the mutual soluble auxiliary agent, and continuously stirring to obtain a raw material solution;
(3) circularly heating the raw material liquid in the step (2), adding a premix of erythritol, L-carnitine and glucosyl stevioside, and stirring;
(4) then adding edible essence, and stirring uniformly to obtain tea liquid;
(5) the PH value of the tea liquid in the step (4) is adjusted to 5.8-6.2 by citric acid;
(6) then filtering, and then carrying out high-temperature instantaneous sterilization;
(7) after cooling, hot-filling into bottles.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the tea beverage is prepared by adopting green tea concentrated powder, L-carnitine and mate tea powder as main raw materials, so that the effects of losing weight and slimming while enjoying the beverage are met; the tea drink is healthy and has the weight-losing effect, the G-type catechin, the L-carnitine and the mate tea are combined and applied to the tea drink for the first time, and the tea drink also has the weight-losing and slimming effects while enjoying the tea drink;
(2) the mutual-soluble auxiliary agent is added, G-type catechin, L-carnitine and yerba mate tea can be mutually butted and mutually dissolved, so that the combination effect is enhanced, the weight-losing and slimming effects are improved, sodium alginate can thoroughly moisten the modified montmorillonite auxiliary agent, the dispersing capacity of the modified montmorillonite auxiliary agent in a product is promoted, the modified montmorillonite auxiliary agent is calcined by montmorillonite and subjected to ultrasonic dispersion and modification treatment, the defect that montmorillonite per se has aggregation is overcome, the adsorption effect of montmorillonite is utilized, the G-type catechin, the L-carnitine and the yerba mate tea are better butted and mutually dissolved, the reaction degree between raw materials is improved, in addition, the added montmorillonite per se accords with a safety concept, and the mutual-soluble auxiliary agent can be applied to beverage products.

The tea beverages prepared in the above examples and comparative examples were subjected to a taste test: selecting 20 persons for participation, wherein the age is between 20 and 45 years old; the taste test is divided into 5 problems, which are respectively: overall taste, overall sweetness taste, mouth sweetness taste, aftertaste sweetness taste, sweet and sour ratio taste; each tester marks the lower side of the favorite sample and question; the favorite population numbers for the individual questions are summarized and are shown in table 1 as a total score for all the population numbers:

According to the evaluation of the taste, the tea beverage has thick tea fragrance, sweet and delicious taste and fresh taste, and the data in the table show that the sweet taste of the example 5 is closest to the sweet taste of the white granulated sugar of the comparative example 1.
There are studies showing that: in studying the weight-reducing effect of EGCG and l-carnitine and combined exercise on mice, it was found that the combined use of EGCG and l-carnitine is more effective than the single use in weight reduction. To verify the effect of l-carnitine, EGC G catechin and yerba mate combined on human body weight management, the following experiments were designed: 100 obese people are summoned to take the tea drink product, and the weight is continuously tracked for 6 months. The subjects were divided into 5 groups of twenty persons each and drunk 2 bottles (420 ml per bottle) per day and the drinking time was 12 am and 6 pm for each group of twenty persons who had drunk example 5, comparative example 2, comparative example 3, comparative example 4, comparative example 5, comparative example 6 and a blank (mineral water). Subjects were on a normal diet and activity daily, and body weights were recorded immediately after waking up every morning, and statistics were made every month and the average monthly rate of body weight loss was calculated.
Final body weight loss rate statistics for all components are shown in table 2:

The data of the average weight loss rate statistics of the subjects can find that: the body weight of the test groups except the blank control group was not changed much, and the body weight of the test groups was significantly reduced, wherein the average body weight reduction rate of the test subjects taking the product of example 5 was 16.1% and greater than that of all the test subjects taking the product regularly for half a year, so that it was found that the combination of L-carnitine and G-catechin-rich green tea concentrated powder could make the weight-reducing effect more significant.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
Furthermore, it should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment may contain only a single embodiment, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should integrate the description, and the embodiments may be combined as appropriate to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
Claims (8)
1. The beverage with the weight-losing effect is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
l-carnitine, green tea concentrated powder (90% of G-type catechin), and indigo naturalis tea powder mixture 0.3-0.5%, erythritol 1-1.5%, glucosyl stevioside 0.012 ═ 0.018%, edible essence 0.008-0.012%, citric acid 0.03-0.05%, and water in appropriate amount; the total amount is 100%, wherein the ratio of L-carnitine, green tea concentrated powder (G type catechin accounts for 90%) and mate tea powder is 10:1: 9.
2. The beverage with the weight-losing effect according to claim 1, wherein the beverage comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
l-carnitine, green tea concentrated powder (90% of G-type catechin), yerba mate powder mixed material 0.4%, erythritol 1.5%, glucosyl stevioside 0.015%, edible essence 0.01%, citric acid 0.05% and a proper amount of water; the total amount is 100%.
3. The beverage with the weight-losing effect according to claim 1, further comprising a mutual soluble auxiliary agent, wherein the mutual soluble auxiliary agent is prepared by the following steps: adding 10-20 parts of sodium alginate into 40-50 parts of deionized water, stirring at the rotating speed of 100-200r/min for 10-20min, then adding 1-5 parts of modified montmorillonite auxiliary agent, sending into a magnetic stirrer for stirring treatment, stirring at the rotating speed of 50-100r/min for 20-30min, and stirring to obtain the mutual soluble auxiliary agent;
the modification method of the modified montmorillonite auxiliary agent comprises the following steps: and (2) delivering the montmorillonite into a calcining furnace for calcining at the calcining temperature of 300-plus-500 ℃ for 10-20min, finishing calcining, cooling to 100-plus-200 ℃, preserving heat, delivering into deionized water for ultrasonic dispersion at the ultrasonic power of 100-plus-500W, finishing ultrasonic treatment, washing with water, and drying to obtain the modified montmorillonite auxiliary agent.
4. A method for preparing the diet drink according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) water treatment: the water for the beverage is clarified, filtered, softened and sterilized for standby;
(2) dissolving the mixed powder in the water for later use in the step (1), adding the mutual soluble auxiliary agent, and continuously stirring to obtain a raw material solution;
(3) circularly heating the raw material liquid in the step (2), adding a premix of erythritol and glucosyl stevioside, and stirring;
(4) then adding edible essence, and stirring uniformly to obtain tea liquid;
(5) the PH value of the tea liquid in the step (4) is adjusted to 5.8-6.2 by citric acid;
(6) then filtering, and then carrying out high-temperature instantaneous sterilization;
(7) after cooling, hot-filling into bottles.
5. The method for preparing the beverage with the effect of reducing weight according to claim 4, wherein the heating temperature in the step (2) and the step (3) is 40-45 ℃, and the holding time is 20 min.
6. The method for preparing beverage with weight reducing effect according to claim 4, wherein the stirring time in the step (4) is 5min, and the stirring rotation speed is 100 r/min.
7. The method for preparing a beverage with weight-reducing effect according to claim 4, wherein the sterilization temperature in the step (6) is 118 ℃ and the sterilization time is 5 s.
8. The method for preparing a diet beverage as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cooling in step (7) is carried out to a temperature of 30-40 ℃.
