Abstract
The invention discloses a laser depilator handle with refrigeration, which comprises a main body part and a handle part, wherein a laser, an L-shaped water-cooling base, a semiconductor refrigerator and an aluminum head are arranged in the main body part; the L-shaped base comprises a horizontal water cooling part and a vertical annular water cooling part which are communicated, the vertical annular water cooling part is sleeved on the laser, the horizontal water cooling part is arranged at the bottom of the laser, the semiconductor refrigerator and the vertical annular water cooling part are in the same shape, and the hot end side of the semiconductor refrigerator is attached to the outer side of the vertical annular water cooling part; the aluminum head is fixed on the cold end side of the semiconductor refrigerator. The invention has simple structure and good refrigeration effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical beauty equipment, in particular to a laser depilator handle with refrigeration.
Background
The semiconductor laser depilator converts electric energy into light energy through a laser, outputs continuous laser with a specific wavelength, irradiates a to-be-depilated tissue through a light guide crystal, penetrates through the surface layer of skin to reach hair follicles at the roots of hairs, absorbs the light energy and converts the light energy into heat energy for destroying the hair follicle tissue, so that the hairs fall off and lose the regeneration capacity, and the purpose of permanent depilation is achieved.
The handle type laser depilator is easy to generate high temperature, heat is not easy to take away, two TECs (semiconductor Cooler) are adopted for refrigerating an aluminum head and a laser in a common handle, the cost is high, a water path is required to be connected in parallel, and the water path is complex. The two TECs can generate a large amount of heat when working, so that the overall refrigeration efficiency is low and the power consumption is high.
Only one TEC is used, but two water cooling blocks can be arranged, one is a laser water cooling block, the other is a TEC water cooling block, and the two water cooling blocks are internally provided with a water pipe shaped like a Chinese character 'hui', so that the refrigerating effect is better, but the structure is complex.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the laser epilator handle with refrigeration of the embodiment of the invention comprises a main body part 10 and a handle part 20, wherein a laser 30, an L-shaped water-cooled base 40, a semiconductor refrigerator 50 and an aluminum head 60 are arranged in the main body part 10.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the L-shaped water-cooled base 40 includes a horizontal water-cooled part 41 and a vertical annular water-cooled part 42 which are communicated with each other, the vertical annular water-cooled part 42 is sleeved on the laser 30, the horizontal water-cooled part 41 is disposed at the bottom of the laser 30, and the semiconductor refrigerator 50 and the vertical annular water-cooled part 42 have the same shape, are both annular, and are sleeved on the laser 30. And the hot end side of the semiconductor refrigerator 50 is attached to the outer side of the vertical annular water cooling part 42; the aluminum head 60 is fixed to the cold end side of the semiconductor cooler 50. The cold end of the semiconductor refrigerator 50 absorbs heat from the aluminum head 60, and the hot end transfers the heat away through the L-shaped water-cooled base 40, so that the temperature of the aluminum head 60 can be kept low all the time. The L-shaped water-cooling base 40 simultaneously takes away heat generated by the laser 30, the structure design is simple, the heat source can be contacted in the largest area, and the refrigeration effect is good.
The aluminum head 60 includes an aluminum head 61 and a glass window 62 (sapphire window), the aluminum head 61 being hollow, the glass window 62 being provided on top of the aluminum head 61, the spot of the laser 30 passing therethrough. The contact area of the aluminum head 61 and the human body is large, and the burning pain can be relieved due to the low temperature. The top of the aluminum head 61 is mushroom-shaped, which can increase the contact immunity with the human body and is more convenient to slide on the human body.
As shown in fig. 2, the vertical ring-shaped water cooling portion 42 is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet 43. The inside of the handle part 20 is provided with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe which are respectively connected with a water inlet and a water outlet 43 on the vertical annular water cooling part 42. The water inlet and outlet 43 may be connected to a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, respectively, by water pipe connections 44.
As shown in fig. 1, a reset switch 70 is further disposed on the handle portion 20 to control the operation start and stop of the handle at any time.
As shown in fig. 2, the tail end of the main body 10 is provided with an annular lamp assembly, which includes a lamp panel 81, an annular lamp decoration 82 and an annular lamp cover 83. When the handle works, the ring-shaped lamp decorating part 82 emits light, and has both a decorating effect and a working state prompt.
The main body 10 is further provided with a control board (not shown), which is connected to the laser 30 and the semiconductor refrigerator 50, and controls the laser 30 to emit light and the semiconductor refrigerator 50 to be powered for cooling.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, a casing is provided outside the handle, the casing is formed by fixing two symmetrical half shells, and specifically includes a front casing 92 and a rear casing 91, and a clamping groove and a fixing hole are provided inside the casing, so as to facilitate fixing of the internal structure of the handle.
In conclusion, the depilating instrument handle of the present invention is provided with the L-shaped water-cooling base 40 and the semiconductor refrigerator 50, the L-shaped water-cooling base 40 semi-surrounds the laser 30, so that the heat on the laser 30 and the semiconductor refrigerator 50 can be absorbed simultaneously, the structure is simple, and the refrigerating effect is good.

Claims (8)
1. A laser depilation instrument handle with refrigeration is characterized by comprising a main body part and a handle part, wherein a laser, an L-shaped water-cooling base, a semiconductor refrigerator and an aluminum head are arranged in the main body part; the L-shaped base comprises a horizontal water cooling part and a vertical annular water cooling part which are communicated, the vertical annular water cooling part is sleeved on the laser, the horizontal water cooling part is arranged at the bottom of the laser, the semiconductor refrigerator and the vertical annular water cooling part are in the same shape, and the hot end side of the semiconductor refrigerator is attached to the outer side of the vertical annular water cooling part; the aluminum head is fixed on the cold end side of the semiconductor refrigerator.
2. The laser epilator handle with cooling according to claim 1, characterized in that the top of the aluminum head is provided with a glass window.
3. The refrigerated laser hair removal instrument handle of claim 1, wherein the vertical annular water cooling section is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet.
4. A refrigerated laser hair removal instrument handle as claimed in claim 1, wherein a reset switch is provided on the handle portion.
5. A refrigerated laser hair removal instrument handle as claimed in claim 3, wherein the handle portion is internally provided with a water inlet tube and a water outlet tube which are connected to the water inlet and outlet respectively of the vertical ring-shaped water cooling section.
6. The refrigerated laser hair removal instrument handle of claim 1, wherein the tail end of the main body portion is provided with an annular lamp assembly comprising a lamp panel, an annular lamp decoration and an annular lamp cover.
7. A laser hair removal device handle with refrigeration as claimed in claim 1, wherein a control panel is further provided in the main body portion for connection to the laser and the semiconductor refrigerator.
8. A refrigerated laser hair removal instrument handle according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a housing is provided on the outside thereof, said housing being formed by two symmetrical half shells.
