1. An intelligent household control device is characterized by comprising a flow acquisition module, a flow comparison module and a signal sending module; the traffic acquisition module is used for acquiring data traffic of a terminal located in a specified area within a preset time period; the flow comparison module is used for comparing whether the data flow of the terminal in the designated area in a preset time period is smaller than a preset threshold value or not, generating a control signal for prompting the start or starting of a preset sleep mode of the intelligent household equipment when the data flow of the terminal and the preset mobile terminal in the preset time period is smaller than the preset threshold value, and sending the control signal to the signal sending module; the signal sending module is used for sending the control signal to the intelligent household equipment control equipment so that the intelligent household equipment control equipment controls the intelligent household equipment to enter a preset sleep mode.
2. The smart home control device of claim 1,
the traffic acquiring module is specifically configured to acquire total data traffic of all terminals in the designated area within a preset time period, where at least one smart home device is arranged in the designated area;
the flow comparison module is specifically used for comparing whether the data flow of the terminal located in the designated area in a preset time period is smaller than a preset threshold, generating a control signal prompting to start or start a preset sleep mode of the smart home device when the data flow of the terminal in the preset time period is smaller than the preset threshold, and sending the control signal to the signal sending module.
3. The smart home control device according to claim 1, wherein the traffic obtaining module is specifically configured to obtain, according to the physical identifier address of the terminal, a data traffic corresponding to the terminal located in the designated area within a preset time period.

the designated area comprises at least two subareas, wherein each subarea is internally provided with at least one terminal and at least one intelligent household device;
the traffic acquiring module is specifically configured to acquire data traffic of the terminal in each partition within a preset time period; the flow comparison module is specifically configured to compare whether the data flow of the terminal in each partition in a preset time period is smaller than a preset threshold of the partition, and when the data flow of the terminal in the partition in the preset time period is smaller than the preset threshold of the partition, generate a control signal prompting to start or start a preset sleep mode of the smart home device in the partition, and send the control signal to the signal sending module; the signal sending module is used for sending the control signal to the intelligent household equipment control equipment so that the intelligent household equipment control equipment controls the intelligent household equipment in the subarea to enter a preset sleep mode.

6. An intelligent home control system, comprising an intelligent home control device and an intelligent home control apparatus according to any one of claims 1-4,
the intelligent home control device is used for generating a control signal for controlling the working state of the intelligent home equipment in the designated area by monitoring the quantity and flow conditions of the terminals in the designated area;
and the intelligent household control equipment is used for receiving the control signal and switching the working state of the intelligent household equipment in the designated area according to the control signal.

The smart home control system according to claim 6, further comprising a mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises a WIFI switching module, and the WIFI switching module of the mobile terminal is configured to automatically switch a network connection mode of the mobile terminal to: and connecting with a WIFI network in the home of the user.
