Claims (8)
1. A testing device for an electronic cigarette circuit board is characterized by comprising a power supply module, a function testing circuit, an executing mechanism and a simulation load;
the electronic cigarette circuit board is provided with at least one switch key, a power supply port and an atomizer port;
the atomizer port is connected with the simulation load, the function test circuit comprises an input voltage detection circuit, a current detection and protection circuit, an output voltage detection circuit and a main control circuit, the controlled end of the actuating mechanism is connected with the control end of the main control circuit, the actuating mechanism is abutted against the at least one switch key, the signal input end of the input voltage detection circuit, the power input end of the current detection and protection circuit and the power end of the power module are interconnected, the power output end of the current detection and protection circuit is interconnected with the power port of the electronic cigarette circuit board, the signal input end of the output voltage detection circuit is connected with the atomizer port, the signal output end of the voltage detection circuit, the signal end of the current detection and protection circuit and the signal end of the output voltage detection circuit are all connected with the signal end of the main control circuit, the controlled end of the current detection and protection circuit is connected with the control end of the main control circuit;
the executing mechanism is used for controlling the at least one switch key to execute the startup and shutdown and the smoking action according to the control signal of the main control circuit;
the input voltage detection circuit is used for detecting the input voltage of the power end of the electronic cigarette circuit board and feeding back an input voltage detection signal to the main control circuit;
the output voltage detection circuit is used for detecting the output voltage of the port of the atomizer and feeding back an output voltage detection signal to the main control circuit;
the current detection and protection circuit is used for detecting the current of the power supply end of the electronic cigarette circuit board, feeding back a current detection signal to the main control circuit, and correspondingly switching on or off according to a control signal of the main control circuit;
the main control circuit is used for sequentially outputting a plurality of control signals to the actuating mechanism and the current detection and protection circuit, and judging whether the startup and shutdown test item, the charging test item, the smoking test item, the standby current test item and the short circuit overload protection test item of the electronic cigarette circuit board are normal or not according to the input voltage detection signal, the output voltage detection signal and the current detection signal.
2. The electronic cigarette circuit board testing device of claim 1, wherein the actuator comprises a cylinder, the cylinder is electrically connected with the main control circuit, and a head of a piston rod of the cylinder abuts against the at least one switch button.
3. The electronic cigarette circuit board testing device of claim 1, further comprising a display device, wherein a signal end of the display device is connected with a signal end of the main control circuit, and the display device is configured to display an input voltage value, an output voltage value, a current value, and an abnormal state of the electronic cigarette circuit board.
4. The electronic cigarette circuit board testing device of claim 1, further comprising a communication module, wherein the main control circuit is connected with a terminal device via the communication module.

The e-cigarette circuit board testing device of claim 1, wherein the input voltage detection circuit comprises a first resistor and a second resistor, a first end of the first resistor is connected with a power supply end of the power module, a second end of the first resistor, a first end of the second resistor and a first signal end of the main control circuit are connected, and a second end of the second resistor is grounded.

The electronic cigarette circuit board testing device of claim 5, wherein the current detection and protection circuit comprises a third resistor, a fourth resistor, a fifth resistor, a sixth resistor, a resettable fuse, a first switch tube, a second switch tube, a first capacitor, a second capacitor and an operational amplifier chip;
the input end of the first switch tube, the first end of the third resistor and the power end of the power module are interconnected, the controlled end of the first switch tube, the second end of the third resistor and the output end of the second switch tube are interconnected, the controlled end of the second switch tube, the first end of the fourth resistor and the control end of the main control circuit are interconnected, the second end of the fourth resistor and the input end of the second switch tube are grounded, the output end of the first switch tube, the first end of the fifth resistor and the first input end of the operational amplifier chip are connected, the second end of the fifth resistor, the first end of the restorable fuse and the second input end of the operational amplifier chip are interconnected, the second end of the restorable fuse is connected with the power port of the electronic cigarette circuit board, and the signal output end of the operational amplifier chip is connected with the first end of the sixth resistor, the second end of the sixth resistor, the first end of the first capacitor and the second signal end of the main control circuit are interconnected, the power input end of the operational amplifier chip, the first end of the second capacitor and the power output end of the main control circuit are interconnected, and the second end of the first capacitor and the second end of the second capacitor are both grounded.
7. The electronic cigarette circuit board testing device of claim 5, wherein the output voltage detection circuit comprises a seventh resistor and an eighth resistor, a first end of the seventh resistor is connected with the atomizer interface, a second end of the seventh resistor, a first end of the eighth resistor and a third signal end of the main control circuit are connected, and a second end of the eighth resistor is grounded.
8. The e-cigarette circuit board testing device of claim 1, wherein the master control circuit comprises a master control chip.
