Furthermore, the terms "comprise" and "have," as well as any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those listed steps or elements but may include other steps or elements not listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Reference herein to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment may be included in at least one embodiment of the present application. The appearances of such phrases in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. Those of skill in the art will explicitly and implicitly appreciate that the embodiments described herein may be combined with other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present application discloses a depilatory apparatus comprising a reflector cup 1, a light source 2 and a light transmissive body 3. The light source 2 is assembled in the light reflecting cup 1, the light source 2 can emit light, the light reflecting cup 1 can reflect the light emitted by the light source 2, and the light transmitting body 3 is provided with a light incident surface 31 for incident light and a light emergent surface 32 for emergent light. The light emitted by the light source 2 can be uniformly emitted from the light emitting surface 32 of the light transmitting body 3 after being reflected by the light reflecting cup 1, so that the light emitting uniformity of the depilatory instrument is improved, and the depilatory effect of the depilatory instrument is improved.
Optionally, the structure and the relative position relationship of the light source 2, the reflecting cup 1 and the light transmitting body 3 meet the following conditions: the uniformity of the light emitted from the light emitting surface 32 is greater than or equal to 90%, or the light spots on the light emitting surface 32 occupy at least 95% of the light emitting surface 32. The uniformity of the light output from the light output surface 32 of 90% or more makes it possible to enhance the depilating effect of the depilating apparatus, so that hairs on the skin portion to be depilated can be removed uniformly. The light spots on the light emitting surface 32 occupy at least 95% of the light emitting surface 32, so that the hair on the dehaired skin part can be uniformly removed, and the light utilization rate can be improved.
For a dehairing instrument with smaller light emitting uniformity or smaller proportion of light spots on the light emitting surface 32 to the light emitting surface 32, the dehairing instrument may need to irradiate the same position for multiple times to realize uniform dehairing during use, otherwise, the dehairing is uneven and is not attractive. In the scheme of the application, the structure and the relative position relation of the light source 2, the reflecting cup 1 and the light transmitting body 3 meet the condition that the uniformity of the light emergent surface 32 is more than or equal to 90 percent or the light spots on the light emergent surface 32 occupy at least 95 percent of the light emergent surface 32, so that the dehairing instrument does not need to irradiate the same position for multiple times. Under the conditions that the quality of the light source 2 and the power of the dehairing instrument are enough and the human health is satisfied, the dehairing instrument can realize efficient and uniform dehairing by one-time irradiation. The number of repeated irradiation of the same skin site can be reduced at the minimum.
Alternatively, the centers of the reflective cup 1, the light source 2 and the light-transmitting body 3 may be on a straight line, and the light uniformity of the light-emitting surface 32 may be greater than or equal to 90% by adjusting the distance between the three on the straight line, or the light spots on the light-emitting surface 32 occupy at least 95% of the light-emitting surface 32. Alternatively, the dehairing instrument can also meet the above conditions by adjusting the structures of the three.
Alternatively, the light reflecting cup 1, the light source 2 and the light transmitting body 3 can be designed so that the dehairing instrument meets the conditions. The depilatory instrument can also be comprehensively designed by the self structure of the three and the relative position relation among the three so that the depilatory instrument meets the conditions.
In addition, the dehairing instrument further comprises a heat dissipation base 4 and a support 5, wherein the heat dissipation base 4 is used for assembling the reflecting cup 1 and the light-transmitting body 3 together with the support 5.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, the epilator may further comprise a carbon-containing layer 91 arranged on the reflector cup 1. For example, the carbon-containing layer 91 may be disposed on a side of the reflector cup 1 facing away from the light source 2. The light source 2 can generate heat to gather in the reflecting cup 1 in use, and the carbon-containing layer 91 has excellent heat conduction performance, so that the heat conduction rate of the reflecting cup 1 where the carbon-containing layer is positioned can be increased, the heat dissipation performance of the reflecting cup 1 is enhanced, the self damage caused by overhigh temperature of the dehairing instrument is prevented, and the skin of a user can be prevented from being stimulated or damaged.
Optionally, a carbon-containing layer 91 is disposed on the heat sink base 4. For example, the carbon-containing layer 91 may also be disposed between the heat dissipation base 4 and the reflector cup 1 to increase the heat conduction rate between the heat dissipation base 4 and the reflector cup 1.
Optionally, the carbon-containing layer 91 may also be disposed on the exposed surface of the heat dissipation base 4, so as to enhance the heat dissipation performance of the heat dissipation base 4.
Alternatively, the carbon-containing layer 91 may be a graphene material, graphite powder, graphite flake, or graphite film, and may be disposed at a position where the carbon-containing layer 91 may be disposed as described herein by plating, spraying, or bonding.
Optionally, the heat dissipation base 4 may be a ceramic base, and the ceramic base may cool the temperature in the reflective cup 1, so as to control the temperature of the reflective cup 1, and improve the performance of the reflective cup 1, so that the reflective cup 1 can better reflect light. If the temperature in the reflective cup 1 is not reduced, on one hand, the light source 2 is damaged by the high temperature, the service life is reduced, and on the other hand, heat is radiated to other parts of the dehairing instrument, particularly the contact part of the dehairing instrument and the skin part, and the high temperature can lead a user to feel burning feeling, so that the use is inconvenient. In the scheme of this application, the ceramic pedestal can advance the cooling to the temperature in the reflector cup 1, realizes transferring heat through heat transfer mode, heat convection mode or heat radiation mode with the heat in the reflector cup 1, or the arbitrary combination mode of above-mentioned three modes to cool down the temperature in the reflector cup 1, and then carries out even heat dissipation to light source 2, promotes the radiating efficiency of appearance that moults.
Optionally, a groove 41 is arranged on one side of the heat dissipation base 4, the groove 41 can be in a strip shape, and the reflective cup 1 is embedded into the groove 41; the support 5 is provided with a window 51, the window 51 can be square, or can be in other shapes matched with the shape of the light-transmitting body 3, the light-transmitting body 3 is embedded in the window 51, and the light-transmitting body 3 is positioned on one side of the opening of the light-reflecting cup 1. The radiating base 4 and the bracket 5 are detachably connected, so that the assembly and the disassembly of the dehairing instrument are convenient.
Optionally, the first fastening portions 42 are integrally formed on two sides of the heat dissipation base 4, the second fastening portions 52 are integrally formed on two sides of the bracket 5, and the first fastening portions 42 and the second fastening portions 52 are correspondingly disposed. In the process of connecting the heat dissipation base 4 and the bracket 5 together, the first buckling part 42 and the second buckling part 52 are tightly buckled together, so that the heat dissipation base 4 and the bracket 5 can be stably connected together, and the use stability of the epilator is improved.
Alternatively, the first fastening portion 42 may be a clip or a cantilever hook, and the second fastening portion 52 may be a mounting hole. Through in the cantilever hook embedding mounting hole, and after the cantilever hook is inlayed into the mounting hole, can restrict the cantilever hook and be difficult for breaking away from in the mounting hole through the mounting hole for first buckle portion 42 and second buckle portion 52 can be together stable, and also heat dissipation base 4 and support 5 can be together relatively fixed promptly, prevent effectively that heat dissipation base 4 and support 5 from producing not hard up or coming off between.
Alternatively, the light transmitting body 3 may be crystalline.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the reflector cup 1 has a first reflective area 11 and a second reflective area 12, the first reflective area 11 is an arc-shaped area including the bottom of the reflector cup 1, and the second reflective area 12 is a planar area extending outward from both ends of the arc-shaped area, and the planar area is tangential to the arc-shaped area. After the light source 2 emits light, the reflective cup 1 reflects the light to the transparent body 3.
Optionally, the reflective cup 1 may be a semi-arc reflective cup 1, the light source 2 may be a strip-shaped light tube, the strip-shaped light tube emits light, the arc-shaped area of the reflective cup 1 can well reflect the light onto the transparent body 3, and meanwhile, the plane area of the reflective cup 1 can also reflect the light onto the transparent body 3, and the light is fully reflected through the arc-shaped area and the plane area, so that the light emergence rate is improved, and the light utilization rate is improved.
Alternatively, the reflector cup 1 may be strip-shaped.
Referring to fig. 5, alternatively, the center of the light source 2 is located between the focal point of the light reflecting cup 1 and the bottom of the light reflecting cup 1, the light incident surface 31 of the light transmitting body 3 is located between the light emergent surface 32 and the focal point of the light reflecting cup 1, and the focusing position of the light reflected by the light reflecting cup 1 is located between the light emergent surface 32 of the light transmitting body 3 and the focal point of the light reflecting cup 1. By limiting the positions among the light source 2, the reflective cup 1 and the transparent body 3, the light uniformity of the light-emitting surface 32 is greater than or equal to 90%, or the light spots on the light-emitting surface 32 occupy at least 95% of the light-emitting surface 32, so that the light emitted by the light source 2 can be fully reflected on the transparent body 3 by the reflective cup 1, and the light-emitting uniformity of the transparent body 3 is improved.

Further, the included angle between the plane area and the reference line is between 8 and 15 degrees, the included angle between the plane area and the reference line can be 8 degrees, and the included angle between the plane area and the reference line can also be 15 degrees. For example, the focal distance is short in the range, and the light transmitting body 3 can be closer to the light source 2 under the condition of meeting the light uniformity and the light utilization rate, so that the dehairing instrument is more compact in structure and can save materials in processing.
The included angle between the plane area and the reference line is 8-15 degrees, so that the focal distance is closer, the light-transmitting body 3 can be arranged at a position closer to the light source 2, and higher light-emitting uniformity is ensured. The light uniformity is improved in a structural manner without improving the light uniformity by other means such as improving the light intensity. The light-transmitting body 3 is closer to the light source 2 in this arrangement, and can be designed to be more compact and more convenient to carry and use for the whole epilator.

Wherein the side reflecting member 13 is provided with through holes 131, two through holes 131 may be provided, and the two through holes 131 have the same center line, and the end of the light source 2 passes through the through holes 131.
Optionally, the two ends of the light source 2 are connected with fixing pieces 6 for movably fixing the light source 2 on the reflective cup 1, for example, the fixing pieces 6 may be soft silica gel sleeves, and the fixing pieces 6 may also be rubber sleeves. The mounting 6 is cylindrical, and the mounting 6 has mounting groove 61, and in the equal embedding installation of fluorescent tube both ends, mounting 6 has seted up fixed orifices 62 along the axis position, and fixed orifices 62 communicate in mounting groove 61, and the fluorescent tube both ends all extend there is the erection column, and the erection column passes fixed orifices 62, and mounting 6 sets up in the reflector cup 1 outside.
Optionally, the two ends of the heat dissipation base 4 are integrally formed with the bearing blocks 43, the bearing blocks 43 are provided with notches, the notches can accommodate the two ends of the light source 2 and the fixing pieces 6, the fixing pieces 6 are fixed by the support 5 and the bearing blocks 43 under the state that the heat dissipation base 4 is fastened with the support 5, the light source 2 is further fixed on the light reflecting cup 1, the fixing pieces 6 are elastic, and in the process that the fixing pieces 6 are fixed by the support 5 and the bearing blocks 43, if the fixing pieces 6 are extruded, the fixing pieces 6 can correspondingly change the shapes of the fixing pieces to adapt to the shapes of the notches, and meanwhile the extrusion of the lamp tubes is reduced as much as possible, so that the damage of the lamp tubes is reduced.
Optionally, the side wall of the bracket 5, which is close to the fixing piece 6, is provided with a limiting portion 53, the limiting portion 53 is used for limiting the position of the fixing piece 6, and the limiting portion 53 may be a notch or a bump arranged at intervals, where the notch may also be arc-shaped. In this embodiment, the cold drive assembly 400 may include a blower housing 401 and a blower 402. The fan housing 401 is disposed on a side of the heat dissipation base 300 opposite to the cold compress assembly 200, and the fan 402 is accommodated in the fan housing 401.
The fan 402 is opposite to the ventilation hole 1211 on the first housing 121 at one end of the air intake, and the fan 402 drives the external air to enter the fan 402 from the ventilation hole 1211. The fan housing 401 is provided with an air outlet 410 for air outlet, the fan 402 is connected with the air outlet 410 at one end of the air outlet, and the fan 402 drives external air to enter the fan 402 from the air holes 1211 and then flow out from the air outlet 410.
Alternatively, blower 402 may be a centrifugal blower, an axial flow blower, a mixed flow blower, or a cross flow blower.
Further, the air outlet 410 includes a first air outlet 411 and a second air outlet 412, and the air outlet 410 is divided into two parts, one part flows out from the first air outlet 411, and the other part flows out from the second air outlet 412.
Optionally, the air outlet 410 may further include a third air outlet or more, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the first air outlet 411 is communicated with the air inlet 530 of the bracket 500, the fan 402 drives the external air to enter the fan 402 from the air holes 1211, the fan 402 drives the air flow to enter the first accommodating space 510 from the first air outlet 411 and the air inlet 530, the first accommodating space 510 takes away the heat of the light source 101, the reflective cup 102 and the optical filter 103, and finally the heat flows to the outside from the air outlet 540 and the air holes 1211 to dissipate the heat energy to the outside, thereby realizing the heat dissipation of the epilation assembly 100.
In this embodiment, the second air outlet 412 is connected to the heat dissipation fins 302 of the heat dissipation base 300, the fan 402 drives the external air to enter the fan 402 from the air holes 1211, the fan 402 drives the air flow to enter between the plurality of heat dissipation fins 302 of the heat dissipation base 300 from the second air outlet 412, and the air flow takes away the heat of the heat dissipation fins 302 after passing through the heat dissipation fins 302, and flows out from the air holes 1211. After the temperature of the heat dissipation fins 302 is reduced, the heat of the heat dissipation plate 301 is also reduced, so that the heat dissipation plate 301 can absorb the heat energy of the cold compress assembly 200, and heat dissipation of the cold compress assembly 200 is achieved.
Alternatively, the airflow fluxes in the first air outlet 411 and the second air outlet 412 are not limited, and are set according to practical situations. The airflow flux in the first air outlet 411 and the second air outlet 412 may be controlled by setting the sizes of the first air outlet 411 and the second air outlet 412. For example, in the present embodiment, the air outlet area of the second air outlet 412 is larger than the air outlet area of the first air outlet 411, so that more air flows out from the second air outlet 412 to enhance the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat dissipation plate 301.
In summary, the depilatory device of this embodiment dissipates heat to the depilatory assembly 100, the cold compress assembly 200 and the heat dissipation base 300 through the cold drive assembly 400, and then achieves simultaneous heat dissipation to the depilatory assembly 100 and the cold compress assembly 200, thereby improving the heat dissipation capacity of the depilatory device, enhancing the safety factor of the depilatory device, simultaneously enabling cold compress skin to reach infinitely close to the freezing point, slowing down the burning sensation of skin, and avoiding skin damage during hair removal.

The skin treatment device can be a depilatory instrument with the light wavelength of 640-1200 nanometers, can remove hairs, and can also be a beauty instrument with the light wavelength of 400-640 nanometers, so as to whiten skin. Wherein, other structures of the beauty instrument can refer to the dehairing instrument besides the different wavelength of the outgoing light. Alternatively, the outgoing wavelength ranges of the epilator and the cosmetic instrument may partially overlap. For example, the wavelength of light emitted by the dehairing instrument is 500-1200 nanometers, and dehairing and whitening can be performed. In addition, the skin treatment apparatus can also improve the condition of the skin, for example, make the skin smooth and tender, whiten the skin, and the like.
