Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к медицине и медицинской технике, а именно, к устройствам для имплантации маркеров в биологическую ткань и способам локализации таких маркеров в теле пациента, например, во время хирургических, диагностических или других медицинских процедур. Устройство содержит иглу (1) в виде трубки с размещенными внутри n маркерами (n=2, 3, ...), на одном из концов которой закреплена рукоятка иглы, а другой заострен, и шток для движения внутри иглы (1), на одном конце которого закреплена рукоятка (12), а другой выполнен с возможностью выдавливания размещенных в игле маркеров. При этом рукоятка иглы имеет удлиненный полый корпус (9) с передней частью и задней частью, расположенных на разных концах корпуса, а на корпусе (9) рукоятки иглы выполнена направляющая n-ступенчатая прорезь (11), простирающаяся продольно вдоль корпуса (9) и имеющая длину ступеней, соответствующую размеру маркера. Рукоятка штока (12) на торце имеет радиальный выступ (13), который размещен в указанной прорези (11) и занимает верхнее рабочее положение в задней части корпуса (9) рукоятки иглы, при этом рукоятка штока (12) выполнена с возможностью последовательных сообщений линейного движения штоку вдоль оси корпуса (9) рукоятки иглы при перемещении выступа (13) рукоятки штока по направляющей n-ступенчатой прорези (11) рукоятки иглы из первого рабочего положения во второе рабочее положение и вращательного движения штоку относительно оси корпуса (9) рукоятки иглы при перемещении выступа (13) рукоятки штока по направляющей n-ступенчатой прорези (11) рукоятки иглы из второго рабочего положения в третье рабочее положение. Причем срез заостренного конца иглы (1) повернут и зафиксирован относительно направляющей n-ступенчатой прорези (11). С помощью описанного выше устройства может быть реализован способ маркировки биологической ткани, который включает следующие этапы. После прокола биологической ткани иглу (1) с n маркерами подводят к необходимому участку маркировки, продвигают иглу (1) к первой позиции введения, при достижении которой продвижение иглы (1) прекращают и выдавливают первый маркер путем давления на рукоятку штока (12), обеспечивая его линейное движение. Далее иглу (1) подтягивают на себя, не вынимая полностью из раневого хода, при этом изменяют угол введения иглы (1), продвигают иглу (1) к следующей позиции введения, при достижении которой продвижение иглы (1) прекращают и производят вначале вращение рукоятки штока (12), а затем давление на неё с обеспечением линейного движения штока и выдавливания следующего маркера в следующую позицию. В случае необходимости повторяют второй этап n-2 раза, после чего вынимают иглу (1) из раневого хода. Использование устройства и способа позволит повысить эффективность введения маркеров в биологическую ткань.The present invention relates to medicine and medical equipment, in particular, to devices for the implantation of markers in biological tissue and methods for localizing such markers in the patient’s body, for example, during surgical, diagnostic or other medical procedures. The device contains a needle (1) in the form of a tube with n markers placed inside n (n = 2, 3, ...), at one end of which the needle handle is fixed, and the other is pointed, and a rod for movement inside the needle (1), on one end of which has a handle (12) fixed, and the other is made with the possibility of extruding the markers placed in the needle. In this case, the needle handle has an elongated hollow body (9) with a front part and a rear part located at different ends of the body, and a guide n-step slot (11) is made on the body of the needle handle, extending longitudinally along the body (9) and having a step length corresponding to the size of the marker. The rod handle (12) at the end has a radial protrusion (13), which is located in the specified slot (11) and occupies the upper working position in the rear of the body (9) of the needle handle, while the rod handle (12) is made with the possibility of successive messages linear the movement of the rod along the axis of the body (9) of the needle handle when moving the protrusion (13) of the shaft handle along the guide of the n-step slot (11) of the needle handle from the first working position to the second working position and rotational movement of the rod relative to the axis of the body (9) of the needle handle and moving the protrusion (13) of the rod handle along the guide of the n-step slot (11) of the needle handle from the second working position to the third working position. Moreover, the cut of the pointed end of the needle (1) is rotated and fixed relative to the guide of the n-step slot (11). Using the device described above, a method for marking biological tissue can be implemented, which includes the following steps. After the puncture of the biological tissue, the needle (1) with n markers is brought to the required marking area, the needle (1) is advanced to the first insertion point, upon reaching which the advancement of the needle (1) is stopped and the first marker is extruded by pressure on the rod handle (12), providing its linear motion. Next, the needle (1) is pulled over, not completely removed from the wound course, while changing the angle of insertion of the needle (1), advance the needle (1) to the next insertion position, upon reaching which the advancement of the needle (1) is stopped and the handle is first rotated rod (12), and then pressure on it with linear motion of the rod and squeezing the next marker into the next position. If necessary, repeat the second stage n-2 times, and then remove the needle (1) from the wound course. Using the device and method will improve the efficiency of introducing markers into biological tissue.
