- Fig. 8 An advantageous (optional) embodiment of the invention is in Fig. 8 shown.
- the lock is equipped with a mishandling lock 65.
- This is z. B. between the latch 5 and central latch 6 a spring-loaded and can be pressed into the lock housing misoperation lever 66 slidably stored.
- the incorrect operating lever 66 is provided with a toothing 67, which cooperates with a chain 9 arranged on the locking teeth 68.
- This ensures that the chain 9 can be moved only when depressed erroneous operating lever 66. In this way, it should be ensured that the chain 9 can only be operated when the door in a corresponding door receptacle, for. B. a frame or a frame is located.
- the lock operation is therefore not possible with the door open, so that it is prevented that the bolt is accidentally extended, so that then closing the door would no longer be possible.
- the door lock can be unlocked from the outside of the door by turning the key so that it comes to the pre-locked position. By pressing operation from the outside then the additional locks 3 can be retracted. The door is then unlocked, the latch 5 but further engaged. When the handle is pressed again, it runs in idle. Because for the case operation a key rotation is required, ie the case is retracted (change function).
- a comfortable opening of the door from the inside without prior unlocking of the castle succeeds.
- the case 5 can be pulled from the outside of the door only via the lock cylinder 8.
- This provides basic security with the door closed and unlocked. Only authorized persons can open the door with a key. By small changes to the components and the switching function can be omitted, d. H. from the outside, the door can then be opened in the unlocked state via pushers.
- a double storage for right and left locks is no longer required, so that this allows both the processor and the retail or manufacturer a simplified and cost-effective storage.
- the production costs are minimized because no different components or assemblies are required for right and left doors.
- the lock is characterized by easy installation and a very limited number of components, so that it can be manufactured inexpensively.

The invention has for its object to provide a locking system for doors, windows or the like, in particular a espagnolette lock with panic function and multipoint, which allows simple and cost-effective design and proper operation including panic function a case operation on the lock cylinder and consequently a change operation.
To solve this problem, the invention teaches a locking system with the features of
Preferably, with the Panikwechselhebel also in handle operation (from inside) of the latch lever actuated, so that even when the handle operation (from inside), the latch is retracted by means of the latch lever. - In the context of the invention, therefore, a locking system, and in particular a drive rod lock is provided, which has both a panic function as well as an exchange function. Change function means that (via a change) in lock cylinder actuation, the latch can be withdrawn by means of this lock cylinder, so that z. B. from the outside of the door an opening only on the lock cylinder is possible. These functions are combined in a structurally particularly simple and cost-effective manner, since the panic translation lever known per se also assumes the function of a change lever.
It is expedient if Kettenmitnehmer and Panikmitnehmer are arranged in a conventional manner between a first half and a half Schlossnusshälfte, with a longer handle bolt is inserted into the first half Schlossnusshälfte and when actuated the Panikmitnehmer and the Kettenmitnehmer with a predetermined clearance entrains and a shorter Handle bolt can be inserted into the second lock nut half, which actuates the associated chain cam with a predetermined clearance. In such an embodiment, the invention proposes that the Panikwechselhebel works on the one hand key operation and on the other hand with handle operation (on the longer handle bolt and consequently of the inside of the door) on the latch lever. The main lock can therefore be locked via the lock cylinder initially against unauthorized opening from the outside. From the inside of the door, all locking points can be accessed at any time without a door key by simply pressing the door handle and consequently actuating the longer handle bolt in the sense of a panic operation be confiscated. Due to the special structure of the four-piece lock nut with the two half-nuts, the Panikmitnehmer and the chain driver, and taking into account the two associated different length handle bolts, a push-action panic multi-point lock is created, which are used for both DIN-left and DIN-right doors can. On which side of the lock the panic function is to be determined by the fitter by the optional insertion of the handle bolt. The longer handle bolt basically actuates the panic catcher and defines the inside of the door. There is the possibility of the lock latch from the inside of the door and consequently retract over longer handle bolts as before. However, such an actuation of the latch is not possible via the shorter handle bolt and consequently from the outside of the door. According to the invention, however, the door lock can be opened from outside via the lock cylinder, since the lock cylinder works via the combined panic change lever on the latch lever and consequently the lock catch. This embodiment brings a basic security with the door closed and not locked, since an opening from the outside can only be done by means of a key and therefore only by authorized persons. This succeeds in a cost-effective manner, since the known in conventional systems change lever and the known in other conventional systems Panikübersetzungshebel are fused to form a single component. By small structural changes to the components, it is possible to convert the lock according to the invention, in which case the switching function can be omitted, so that in a conventional manner from the outside the door can be opened in the unlocked state on the pusher.
Advantageous developments of the invention are explained below: First of all, in one possible embodiment, the invention proposes that the latch lever is rotatably mounted on the lock nut. However, the invention also includes modified embodiments in which the latch lever z. B. is displaceable or rotatable or pivotable at other locations. The lock cylinder or its closing nose operates according to the invention via a connecting lever on the panic change lever. However, since the panic change lever is anyway guided into the vicinity of the lock cylinder or the associated bolt lock due to its panic function, it is possible to work with a relatively small component as a connecting lever. The lock nut works preferably on the panic lever on the Panikwechselhebel and this in turn on the latch lever.
In a preferred embodiment, the connecting lever has an actuating stop for the lock cylinder actuation. In this context, it is advantageous if the lock cylinder, a transmission lever, z. B. is associated with a rotatable transmission ring. Such a transfer ring can fulfill double function within the scope of the invention. First of all, it is provided that the transmission ring is in operative connection with the previously described bar lock, so that the transmission ring actuates the bar lock in the course of unlocking or locking. In addition, this transmission lever can now work against the actuating stop of the connecting lever, which in turn actuates the Panikwechselhebel. In the course of the rotation of the lock cylinder or its locking lug consequently the transmission ring is driven in rotation, said transmission ring on the one hand can pivot the bolt lock and on the other hand works on the connecting lever and the panic change lever on the latch lever. In the context of the invention, consequently, a plurality of components are provided with multiple functions, so that the lock according to the invention itself characterized by a simple and inexpensive construction with perfect function.
Preferably, the connecting lever is movably connected to the panic change lever. It may be expedient if the connecting lever engages movable in the panic change lever. For this purpose, the panic change lever may have a recess or receptacle, in which engages the connecting lever with its cylindrical or spherical end.
According to a preferred embodiment, the panic change lever on an actuating arm for the latch lever. Thus, the panic change lever differs from the known from the prior art panic transmission lever not only by the already described receptacle for the pivotal use of the connecting lever but also by an operating arm connected to the lever, which is in interaction with the latch lever. Furthermore, it is expedient if the panic cam in the four-piece cam follower has a control pin which works on a first control section of the panic release lever for panic unlocking and on a second control section of the panic change lever for the latch operation.

The
The
The espagnolette lock is designed not only for a panic actuation, but also for a "change operation", ie from the outside of the door, the

Denn für die Fallenbetätigung ist eine Schlüsseldrehung erforderlich, d. h. die Falle wird eingezogen (Wechselfunktion).Furthermore, the door lock can be unlocked from the outside of the door by turning the key so that it comes to the pre-locked position. From the inside of the door can also be extended by pulling up the pusher, the additional lock or
According to the invention, a comfortable opening of the door from the inside without prior unlocking of the castle succeeds.
