粉粒体等の積載物所定区間搬送用ベルトコンベヤー装置に関するもので、歯車状の滑車(以下スプロケットと言う)付き駆動機構を備えて、かつ、進行方向左右上部にL字状のレ−ルを外向きの対称に配した所定機長の外部枠構造体(以下フレームという)に、所定単長の複数のブロックを前後に軸穴を設けて縦型のローラーを配し、かつ、該側部対面方向に横型ローラーを設けたことを特徴として所定周長のチエ―ン状に連結配置して前記レール2面当接走行可能に装着し、かつ、該左右ブロック対面方向に蝶番状のヒンジ部材、又は、突起するヒレ部材(以下併せて羽根とも言う)を配して該左右羽根部材間に、所定の抗張力を有するゴム、又は、樹脂製等の所定巾の可撓性走行面体(以下平ベルト又はベルトと言う)を進行方向断面形状ほぼ凹椀状(以下U字状とも言う)に配して該左右両端部(以下耳部とも言う)を直に組み立てて周状に固定装着形成し、前記チエ―ン状ブロックを前記スプロケット係合駆動回転可能に形成して前記積載物連続搬送可能に構成されたチエ―ン駆動式平ベルトコンベヤー。 It relates to a belt conveyor device for conveying a predetermined section of a load such as a granular material, and is provided with a drive mechanism with a gear-like pulley (hereinafter referred to as a sprocket) and an L-shaped rail at the upper left and right in the traveling direction.
