の掻上げ片を固着したものが知られている。この回転ブ
ラシは、基台に形成した装着部に掻上げ片を装着してい
るが、基台の一端から装着部に掻上げ片の基部を挿入す
るため、その組立作業性が悪いとともに、回転ブラシを
高速回転させると、掻上げ片に加わる圧力によって掻上
げ片の基部が変形して基部と装着部の係合が外れ、掻上
げ片が剥離する場合があった。
