Claims (16)
- 医療デバイスであって、前記医療デバイスが、
細長い本体と;
前記細長い本体の側壁に沿って延在するスパイン部分と;
前記スパイン部分から延在する複数の開口部と;
前記細長い本体に沿って軸方向に移動可能であるシャトルと;
前記シャトルの遠位側に配置される接続点と前記シャトルとを接続する張力部材と;
前記シャトルから近位側に延在する引っ張り部材と;
前記シャトルを、近位側に引かれた位置で保持するように構成されるロック機構と
を備え、
前記医療デバイスが、前記シャトルが近位側に引かれる前の弛緩構成と、前記シャトルが近位側に引かれた後の剛化構成とを有し、前記剛化構成は、前記医療デバイスに所定の湾曲構成をとらせ、前記複数の開口部は、前記弛緩構成において第1の形状を有し、前記剛化構成において、前記第1の形状とは異なる第2の形状を有するように構成され、
前記ロック機構が、前記細長い本体の長さに沿って延在する軌道の中に配置されて前記軌道に沿って摺動するように構成される、前記シャトルに取り付けられたピンを備え、
前記軌道が近位側に延在するにつれて捻じれており、それにより前記ピンのためのロック領域を形成し、
前記細長い本体が、前記引っ張り部材を前記シャトルから係合解除するのを可能にするように構成される解放窓をさらに備える、

- 前記スパイン部分が前記細長い本体の少なくとも一部分の周りで湾曲している、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記スパイン部分が前記細長い本体の周りで螺旋経路を横断するように構成される、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記所定の湾曲構成のピッチまたはコイル角が前記スパイン部分のピッチまたはコイル角によって決定される、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
