Description
The present invention relates to a surgical instrument for vertebral disease, the spine for firmly tightening the soft vertebrae by injecting a bone fracture (33) or a bone stiffener (36) into the vertebrae due to osteoporosis, trauma, falling spinal disease and other reasons. In the case of compression fracture of the vertebra (33) as a surgical instrument for bone disease, surgery was required to insert surgical instruments by incision under the local anesthesia when incisions were made by incision and screw fixation, or when a bone reinforcing agent (36) was injected. The patient who was conscious enough to have a heavy conversation had to bear the severe pain caused by the blow for inserting the instrument, and to the correct bone disease part due to the sliding in the affected bone at the end of the surgical instrument (19 in Fig. 3b). Instrument insertion was not easy and the procedure failed due to li. The tip of the other instrument (17 in FIG. 3b) was also pointed, but slipping was often caused because it was not a pointed structure in one side.
However, this mechanism has a protruding pointed structure (16 in Fig. 3a) and a spiral groove (26 in Fig. 4a) in the injection pipe 23 so that it can easily reach the affected part by turning it like Fig. 4b without hitting it with a hammer. Since the tip of the guide awl is not rhombic (17 in Fig. 3b), but the guide awl 15 is made of one side piece protruding pointed structure 16 biased to one end as in Fig. 3a, it is slippery. It can be inserted into the affected part accurately.
Aging, male and female osteoporosis, compression fractures and other diseases caused by trauma and other diseases can cause severe pain and can also cause organ compression due to spinal deformity. It could be
Compression fracture (33) of the vertebral node as described above When the bone stiffener is hardened by injecting a bone stiffener (36) into the damaged compression fracture (33) vertebrae, pain due to fine fluctuations of the damaged bone It can be removed from the disease and prevent further progression of the disease to prevent the worsening of the disease, and the cause of pain in the rootlets nerves distributed into the damaged vertebrae can be eliminated by coagulation by the injection of the stiffener (36). You can also expect a quick loss.
The present invention is due to the difficulty of the procedure due to the pain reduction during the treatment of the vertebral disease patients and the slip of the end of the instrument (19 in Fig. 3b), the failure of the operation, and the lack of the surgical effect due to the lack of the injection of bone mineralizer. It is a spinal disease surgical instrument designed to obtain a satisfactory surgical result for both the patient and the operator to provide a surgical instrument for the spine disease for both the patient and the operator.
In order to obtain the effect of the above-described procedure for the treatment device for spinal diseases of the present invention (Fig. 1a), the skin having a guide auger handle 11 at the top and one side piece protruding pointed structure 16 to prevent slipping at the bottom Through the injection guide awl 15, the injection pipe handle 22 and the injection pipe 23 having an insertion structure of the insertion spiral groove 26 of the injection pipe and the hollow structure on the outer surface of the lower end of the injection pipe 23 at the top Protruding point structure 16 of one side piece for preventing slipping of the tip of the guide auger 15 is coupled into the upper tube 21 of the injection pipe 23, and prevents arbitrary rotation of the injection pipe handle 22.
