Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sliding device installed in a slide-type portable device, and more particularly to a sliding device of a portable device that can reduce the occurrence of shaking during the sliding opening and closing operation.
A portable device has its own power source and is a kind of electronic device that a user can carry and use, such as a mobile phone, a personal digital assistant (PDA), an MP3 player, a portable multimedia player (PMP), and the like. have.
Mobile phones, which are typical portable devices, are classified into a bar type, a flip type, a folder type, and a slide type according to their appearance. Among them, since the clamshell and the slide type are composed of two bodies, a keypad for inputting information on one body and a display on the other body can be installed to secure a wider screen. In addition, the slide type of the clamshell and the slide type is more convenient to operate than the clamshell that has to flip two bodies up to 180 degrees, and the display is exposed to the outside, thereby providing good information recognition. Because of these advantages, the slide type is not only used for mobile phones but also for various portable devices such as personal digital assistants, MP3 players, and portable multimedia players.
In general, the slide-type portable device is coupled so that the first body provided with the keypad and the second body provided with the display are slidably moved with each other in an electrically connected state by a cable. A sliding device is provided between the first body and the second body to slidably connect these bodies to each other. The keypad provided on the front surface of the first body is covered by the second body and is exposed to the outside when the second body is opened by sliding movement.
In the sliding device, a fixed member coupled to the first body and a slide member coupled to the second body are slidably coupled to each other, and elastic means for applying an elastic force are provided between the two members. And the fixing member is provided with a rail guide member for guiding both sides of the slide member. In such a sliding device, the elastic means is elastically deformed when the second body slides under external force, and when the external force is removed from the second body, the second body is semi-automatically opened and closed while the elastic means is elastically restored to its original state.
In the sliding device of a conventional portable device, there is a gap between the guide member and the side surface of the slide member so that the slide member can slide smoothly from the fixed member. This is because the absence of a gap between the guide member and the side of the slide member may limit the movement of the slide member due to friction between the slide member and the guide member.
However, in the conventional sliding device of the portable device, the slide member does not lie parallel to the fixed member due to the gap between the slide member and the guide member in the open position or the closed position, and the pull phenomenon occurs. As described above, when the slide member slides in a state in which the slide member is pulled to one side, a twisting flow occurs, and a shake occurs during opening and closing of the portable device by the flow of the slide member.
The present invention is to solve the above problems, by maintaining the posture parallel to the fixed member in the open position or the closed position without the phenomenon, the occurrence of twist flow of the slide member during the opening and closing operation and shaking of the portable device It is an object of the present invention to provide a sliding device of a portable device that can reduce the occurrence.
A sliding device of a portable device according to one aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object is provided between the first body and the second body of the portable device, the fixing member coupled to the first body, and the second A slide member coupled to the body and slidably coupled to the fixed member, and a guide member provided on the fixed member for guiding the slide member and having a guide groove in which a side end of the slide member is slidably inserted; Elastic means provided between the fixing member and the slide member to apply an elastic force to the slide member so that the slide member can slide in the opening and closing direction, and the guide member protruding toward the center from the side of the fixing member. Protruding member provided on the, and provided on the slide member And a posture correcting member in contact with the protruding member such that the slide member is in a posture parallel to the fixed member.
The protruding member and the posture correcting member may be in contact with each other when the slide member is in the closed position to correct the posture of the slide member, or the protruding member and the posture correcting member may open the slide member. When in position can be disposed in each position to be in contact with each other to correct the posture of the slide member.
In addition, the protruding member and the posture correcting member may be disposed on the side where the slide member is drawn by the elastic force of the elastic means.
In addition, it is preferable that at least one of the protruding member and the posture correcting member has a curved or inclined portion in contact with the counterpart.
In addition, any one of the fixing member and the slide member is provided with a posture correcting groove for correcting the slide member in a posture parallel to the fixing member when the slide member is in the open position, and the other is the It may be provided with a posture correction projection that is inserted into the posture correction groove when the slide member slides to the open position.
In addition, the posture correction groove is preferably reduced in width in the direction in which the posture correction projections are inserted so that the posture correction projections converge to the center thereof.
Further, any one of the fixing member and the slide member has a locking means, and the other one has a stopper for contacting the locking means when the slide member is in the open position to fix the slide member in the open position. It is preferable that the stopper is made of a resilient material to reduce the occurrence of impact when contacting the locking member.
A sliding device of a portable device according to another aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object is provided between the first body and the second body of the portable device, a fixing member coupled to the first body, and the second A slide member coupled to the body and slidably coupled to the fixed member, and a guide member provided on the fixed member for guiding the slide member and having a guide groove in which a side end of the slide member is slidably inserted; And elastic means provided between the fixing member and the slide member to apply an elastic force to the slide member so that the slide member can slide in the opening and closing direction, and the guide member protruding toward the center from the side of the fixing member. Protruding member provided, and provided on the slide member A first posture correcting member contacting the protruding member so as to be in a posture parallel to the fixed member when the slide member is in the closed position; and the fixed member provided on the slide member and when the slide member is in the open position. And a second posture correcting member contacting the protruding member so as to be in a parallel posture.
The sliding device according to the present invention is a posture in which the slide member is parallel to the fixed member in the closed position and the open position by the action of the first posture correcting member and the second posture correcting member and the protruding member provided in the fixing member. Keep it. Therefore, a twisting flow hardly occurs when the slide member moves, and a portable device having little shake during the opening and closing operation can be realized.
