Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended to restore the function of a pathologically altered hip joint.
The aim of the invention is to simplify the design of the endoapparatus.
1.Figure 1 shows the proposed endoapparatus, frontal section; figure 2 is the same side view in the sagittal plane; on figs - view a in fig. 1; figure 4 is a section bB in figure 1.
The endo-apparatus for the restoration of the hip joint contains a spherical head 1, a base made in the form of a hemispherical support 2, a threaded rod 3 with a bulge 4 that enters the femur, and a screw 5 placed at one end in 1 of the bulge 4 and made with a spherical head 1. Hemispherical the support 2 is made with spikes 6 and 7, which are attached to the pelvic bone.
In the hemispherical support 2, holes 8 are made, through which bolts (not shown) of the support 2 are attached to the pelvic bone. The screw 5 is fixed relative to the spherical head 1 and the sleeve, 4 fastening elements 9 and 10, respectively, and is equipped with a head 11 under the key or screwdriver.
The endoapparatus is configured and operates as follows.
The threaded rod 3 is inserted into the bone marrow canal of the femur until the rod 3 abuts against the bone. The screw 5 is inserted into the thickening 4 of the rod 3 and is attached to the spherical head 1 by means of the fastening element 9.
8.The spherical head 1 with a hemispherical support 2 with spikes 6 and 7 is fixed on the pelvic bone and attached to it by means of bolts (not shown) through the holes 8.
The necessary distance between the femoral head and the acetabulum of the pelvic bone is provided by the rotation of the screw 5, which is then fixed relative to the bulge 4 by the fastening element 10.
Screw 5 is the only interchangeable element and can be replaced with longer or shorter ones, depending on the age, gender, physique of the patient being operated on and the size of the hip joint.
The endoapparatus allows to carry out all movements of the human thigh, while flexion - extension, abduction - reduction and rotation are provided.
The endoapparatus allows not to resort to arthrodesis, resection of the head and neck of the thigh, or endoprosthetics of the joint by K.M.Sivash in adults, and in children to ensure the painless functioning of the diseased joint, at least until the time of the end of the growth of the child. This ensures the unloading of the joint, and in the formed gap between the surfaces of the femoral head and acetabulum, the growth of bone tissue and hyaline cartilage coating.
