Description

METHOD OF OBTAINING AMYLOPECTIN MEDIUM PHOSPHITES

1one

The invention relates to a method for producing previously unknown medium phosphites of amylopectin (a polysaccharide incorporated into starch).

Medium phosphites of amylopectin have a high reactivity and can be used as starting materials in the synthesis of new ion exchangers and physiological active species with a prolonging effect.

Описываемый способ основан на известной реакции фосфорилировани  с помощью диалкилкарбамоилфосфитов .The described method is based on the known phosphorylation reaction using dialkylcarbamoyl phosphites.

The method consists in that amylopectin is reacted with dialkylcarbamoyl phosphite, followed by isolation of the pellet product by known methods.

The process is carried out in an organic solvent medium, e.g. dimethylformamide, at room temperature.

0,8%.Example 1. To 0.5 g of absolutely dry amylopectin, 0.65 g of dimethylcarbamoyl-1, 3-butylene phosphite is added and the mixture is kept in a dry air atmosphere for 48 hours at room temperature. The resulting product is treated with dry ether at least three times and dried in vacuum. Its phosphorus content is 0.8%.

1.Example 2 0.5 g of absolutely dry amylopectin in 10 ml of solvent (dimethylformamide or tetrahydrofuran) are left at room temperature for 4 hours to swell amylopectin. Then, 1.95 g of dimethylcarbamoyl-1,3-butylene phosphite is added to the mixture and incubated for 48 hours at room temperature in a dry air atmosphere. Next, the resulting product is treated according to example 1.

The resulting product contains 4.4% phosphorus in the case of conducting the reaction in dimethylformamide and 2.4% in the case of conducting the reaction in tetrahydrofuran.
