Abstract

The present invention relates to a disposable, biodegradable diaper constituted by an outside part (1 - Figure 1) made from biodegradable plastic film produced with organic raw material (starch), an inside part (1 - Figure 2) of non-woven film produced from organic raw material (starch), a front adhesive strip (2) that has a plastic film, adhesive and printing based on castor oil (organic raw material), side strips (3) made from starch-based film and castor-oil-based adhesive and adhesive bonding (4) of the parts using hot-melt adhesive made from organic raw material (castor oil). This is a totally biodegradable diaper that degrades within a maximum of 120 to 150 days.

Há no mercado vários modelos de fraldas descartáveis. Porém esta fralda descartável biodegradável em questão se diferencia em sua confecção (matérias primas), que proporciona algumas vantagens e benefícios inerentes a sua aplicabilidade, que difere dos modelos tradicionais. A diferença do modelo em questão, referente aos modelos tradicionais, é que os tradicionais são confeccionados com matérias primas não biodegradáveis, convencionais, comuns. Que demoram em média de 500 anos para se decomporem ao meio ambiente. Agora se tem realmente uma fralda 100% biodegradável, um complemento da MU n.220902807746 que foi dado entrada em 11.05.09. Que agora para melhorar ainda mais, conseguimos solucionar o problema do TNT, que é Tecido não tecido, era produzido com polipropileno, derivado do petróleo, e agora também é produzido com matéria prima orgânica, (amido). O adesivo, hot melt e a tinta para estampa do frontal tape é a base de óleo de mamona.que também é matéria prima orgânica. Finalmente uma fralda descartável 100% biodegradável, ecologicamente correta. Um fator que tem que se levar em conta, é que a fralda descartável é um mal necessário, pois prejudica e muito o meio ambiente, pois demora em média 500 anos para se degradar, e agora com esta fralda biodegradável, em média de 120 dias a 180 dias, se degradará ao meio ambiente. Pois depende de aterro para aterro sanitário. Pois tem que se levar em conta a temperatura, umidade, oxigenação e quantidade de micro-organismos.
