In TemplateData editor, set the direction of the template and parameter descriptions according to the selected language

Description

It's possible to have template and parameter descriptions in several languages in TemplateData, and it's possible to edit them in the TemplateData editor, and this is great.

It would be even better if the direction of the input widget where it is written would be set automatically according to the selected language: RTL for Hebrew, LTR for Spanish, etc.

In the screenshot you can see that the selected language is Hebrew, but the direction is left to right, and the full stop is on the wrong end of the sentence.
