[ES-M2]: Enable new EntitySchema data type on Wikidata

Description

  • This is blocked by the feedback from the community and T359420 **

We will collect feedback from the community until 12 June, and the performance test should be complete by then.

After the data type has been released on Test Wikidata T365686 it must be then verified by the community.

Once that is complete, the new EntitySchema data type (T332139) needs to be enabled on Wikidata so that it can be used to add statements that link to EntitySchemas.

Acceptance criteria:

  • The new EntitySchema data type is enabled on Wikidata that allows linking to EntitySchemas in statements

Acceptance criteria covered in T365686:

  • Only existing EntitySchemas can be selected as values
  • Link text should be the label of the EntitySchema
  • The new datatype should be added to Special:ListDatatypes

Production config change notes:

  • EntitySchema extension should be loaded on all Wikibase repo + client wikis
  • $wgEntitySchemaEnableDatatype should be true on all those wikis as well
  • $wgEntitySchemaIsRepo should be true on the wikidata dblist (i.e. Wikidata + Test Wikidata) and false elsewhere (note that it defaults to true, so we must explicitly set it on the other wikis – which includes not only client wikis but also Commons, a repo where we don’t want EntitySchema repo functionality)
