Context
The Growth team is working on a new structured task aimed at adding suggested images to an article's section. This task takes some of its design logic from the existing Add an image task, but there are some things that may need to be updated so the user is able to differentiate both tasks.
One thing we have to decide if we want to update is the image thumbnail that is shown in the suggested edits module.

Acceptance criteria
- Make a decision on whether we would like to update image thumbnails. We may want to create a new one for article-level that reflects that you're adding an image for the whole article / we can keep the one that we have for article-level but create a new one that is section-specific / etc...
