Description

After we have released Community Configuration to Growth pilot wikis (T364895) we released to "round 1" wikis (T368121), which originally included ptwiki.

However, we experienced an issue during ptwiki deployment that prevents us from scaling there:
T368275: Abusefilter prevented GrowthExperiments Migration script from running.
Once this issue is resolved, we should scale to ptwiki. We should complete T366458: CommunityConfiguration: Release extension to all Wikipedias with GrowthExperiments afterwards (or at the same time).

Then I can view local configuration settings (and I can edit them if I am an admin)
