About this app

MedM Blood Pressure Diary is an essential tool for those who need to keep track of blood pressure on a regular basis. The App is the absolute world leader in the number of connected Bluetooth-enabled blood pressure monitors and the most user friendly log book for manual data entry.

MedM Blood Pressure Diary app offers easy pairing, reliable data transfer to offline or in-cloud storage, can be used with or without registration, supports thresholds, data Sync with Google Fit and Health Connect, manual data entry from legacy meters, and provides trend analysis tools.

MedM Blood Pressure Diary has a clean interface and is designed in accordance with the established medical guidelines. Historical and trend analysis tools empower users to discover patterns and adjust behavior accordingly. Thresholds make it possible for users and their loved ones to receive notifications (push or email) if a reading surpasses the set value.

Optional integration with MedM Health Cloud is available to registered users and makes it possible to not only store, backup, and export blood pressure history securely and reliably, but also to share it with family, caregivers, and physicians. Please note that some features also require a subscription.

Data safety: MedM employs all applicable data protection best practices - cloud synchronization via HTTPS, data is stored encrypted on securely hosted servers. Users exercise full control over their records and can export or request to delete them at any time. User health data is never sold or shared with unauthorized parties.

A&D, Omron, Lifesense, Transtek, IndieHealth, ForaCare, Taidoc, ChoiceMMed, iChoice, PyleHealth, Contec, Zewa Inc., TECH-MED, Andesfit, Rossmax and Silvercrest are among the many FDA approved compatible blood pressure monitor brands. The full list of currently supported devices can be found here: https://www.medm.com/sensors/#Blood_Pressure_Monitors

The app used to be better. Since the recent major update that added features (that potentially create more ways for users' data to end up in the wrong hands), when the app is started, it no longer synchronizes to include readings that were taken while the app wasn't running. The update may also have turned on or added notifications that make it look like there's an important message; but the notification doesn't go away unless you turn off the app's notification permission at the system level.

UPDATED: This used to be a 4+ star app until recently. I purchased the app way back in 2017 and for the past 6 plus years it has been wonderful, but now they have expired my "lifetime" purchase and now want me to pay 5.99 a month or 35$ a year for something I already own to use some of the features they had included with the paid version! Too bad!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Does what it does. It talks to a large amount of "off" brand monitors. I'm happy. Using paid version

Dear BT Yayki, thanks for being a MedM user for over 6 years! Until the 3.0 version released in 2024 this app was completely free and never offered any purchases, including a "lifetime" one. Please contact us at support@medm.com to claim your special offer on MedM Premium membership as a loyal long-time user.

Update messed up old records and doesn't reconnect to the old custodian account. I call this way of update scamming. Dieter Very bad design if one can't change, delete or edit anything on my collected data without registration/login. A piece of toilet paper is more useful. A well working instrument is rubbish by terrible software.
