This is a great app for someone who wants exercises to slowly get harder. The app reminds me to do the exercises and then tells me exactly what to do. An improvement I would make is too have a section that shows exactly how to do each exercise. They have text but a video would also help.

Great app, one problem though, the reason I downloaded it in the first place is that it was the only free Pilates app I could find with animations instead of pictures , this kind of threw a wrench in the works when you updated it because you brought in pictures (I don't feel comfortable looking at other women in their underwear)

Perfect if you're short on time or lacking motivation. Even five minutes a day makes a huge difference, and this app has genuinely challenging sessions. Free and reduced pricing for low income users, but the regular pricing is reasonable and the free version is decent. Audio instruction is minimal and the app is best used in conjunction with at least some IRL or at least YouTube classes. Pacing is a bit off...do it at the speed they say, not what the animation shows.
