A 19.ª cerimônia do BET Awards ocorreu no Microsoft Theater, em Los Angeles, na Califórnia, em 23 de junho de 2019. A premiação celebrou os melhores artistas da música, televisão, cinema e esportes.[1][2]
Em 29 de maio de 2019, foi anunciado que a atriz Regina Hall apresentaria a cerimônia.[3] Em 13 de junho de 2019, foi anunciado que o Lifetime Achievement Award seria concedido à cantora Mary J. Blige;[4] Tyler Perry recebeu o Ultimate Icon Award e Nipsey Hussle[5] recebeu o prêmio póstumo Humanitarian Award.[6]
