Single-rater datasets
Single-rater datasets were collected to provide breadth and scale for training machine learning algorithms for nuclei detection, classification, and segmentation. These single-rater datasets distributed a large number of FOVs amongst the annotators. The FOVs were derived from the following slides.

Uncorrected single-rater dataset

This is a large dataset with variable quality annotations. Annotators were able to request pathologist feedback, but the final annotations were not reviewed by pathologists. Click here to download.

2,168 FOVs | 65,568 nuclei | 27,150 boundaries

Corrected single-rater dataset

This is a large dataset with high-quality annotations, which were created by non-pathologists, and corrected by study coordinators under the supervision of a pathologist. Click here to download.

1,744 FOVs | 59,485 nuclei | 19,680 boundaries

Advanced: raw data (not recommended)

Some users pointed out that they prefer using SQlite to csv, in order to reuse some of the codebase as-is. Please use this link to access the raw single-rater sqlite database. Important note: this is not recommended! The csv files are better suited for use, but feel free to use the raw data if you have a very strong preference for sqlite.
