How could I rule out/ fix it if it's a CPU issue? Also, why would a CPU issue cause the symptoms shown? I would think it has to be a GPU issue since changing things around the GPU changes the symptoms as well as the VGA debug light

That sounds right. I don't think I've seen the dram led light up before.

Can you clarify what you mean? I'm pretty sure my psu (MAG A750BN PCIE 5) only has one pair.

I can't remember if I did or not. Since it was shutting down at the start, I didn't really get the chance, so I might not have thought to do it once I got it working. I'll try that not and see what happens.

Double checked again and they seem to be in all the way. As much as I would kick myself about it if that were the case, it sadly does not seem to be the issue.

Troubleshooting

Upon assembling my PC whose parts arrived today (Ryzen 7 5700x, rx 6750 xt, b550 tomahawk wifi max, 32 gb ram, 750w psu, 256gb ssd, 1 tb hdd) and testing it for the first time, it started to run, but gave no display and shut down after maybe 2 minutes. Before it shut down, the "EZ debug LEDs" got stuck on VGA for about 35 seconds.

Believing the (refurbished) graphics card was the issue, I tried unplugging it from the power cables which lead to a continuous VGA debug light but not shut down. I have also tried putting the GPU in the second pcie slot. After removing the m.2 SSD, the PC seems to run normal except for the lack of display, with no shutdown and the debug lights going away after a bit.

I have tried all 4 video ports with no success with a known good cable and monitor. At this point, I'm just not sure what else to try. If anyone can help, I'm very grateful.

I started learning Ocarina about 2 months ago, and I noticed something a bit weird. Until now, I assumed pressing down the right ring finger with other fingerings flattens the note as long as it's a note higher than d. However, I noticed today that E flat can be played by pressing the right index and ring finger down. However by my previous assumption that would play F flat (or E, in other words.) However, this is not the case. Why is that? Also, why does pressing down the right ring finger flatten notes in the first place?

Looking into wired headphones, need advice

TheBlazingNdrman
commented

Forgot to mention, I do currently use my headphones when going out, not just when at home doing stuff. If you can, some headphones without the mic requirement would also be nice, as I'm considering just buying a separate mic. I would still want the headphones to work well for gaming though. Surround sound is sort of a requirement for that if I understand correctly. I don't necessarily care if they are wired or wireless, the main concern is the latency, so if there are some wireless headphones with good latency that would work as well.

Headphones - Closed Back
I have always used wireless headphones. They have just been much more convenient form up until now. My most recent pairs have been the 1more sonoflows and, more recently, the JBL Live 660NCs.

While I still very much like these and their advantages, my main concern is the latency. As I'm looking to practice on my electronic drum kit more, the latency just makes me not want to practice, as it is very noticable and makes it hard to play enjoyably. I also play games such as valorant, where, while it probably wouldn't be necessary it would be helpful to have. I also use headphones for listening to music and watching videos, so I would still like good quality.

I would like to buy headphones that have little to no latency but similar quality to my previously mentioned picks. I also would like little audio leakage. My max price is probably around $120 but I'd rather $100 or less. I've heard that rather than buying headsets you should just buy quality wired headphones and pop on a mic like the one on the hyperx cloud II, but I'm not sure where to find headphones that work for that.

I'm on my last legs. I can't improve and I don't know what to do.

I absolutely understand what you're saying, but it's just not helpful. I don't have any form of income and I have a laptop so I can't upgrade the GPU. The CPU might be doable, but like I said, I don't really get money to spend on extra stuff.
