So I had completed everything except Judy’s quest, all 4 endings. Went back in Before final mission and went to go back to point of no return but Judy never called, cleared all her texts and nothing, so I thought I’d just clear all the text from evevryone… then went in the lift at point of no return (didn’t go up the lift) and walked straight back out. Then I checked my gigs and the pieces gig was now there?? But didn’t get the phone call.. so this worked for me hope it can help others?

Hi I think we have the same problem, and I think I know why we can't get in even though we killed godrick. We had the Great Godrick Rune, then we went to the round table hold. Spoke to the big two finger thing and also the crone that is in the same room. She asks if you want to use the rune and it grants you a choice of two weapons..I thought it was part of the main story so I chose to accept, which then relinquished me unbenowingly of the great rune. I really wish I hadn't of done that...so now rhe rune was used for a different purpose we no longer have it in our possession. So really the requirement to enter the tower is not to just kill godrick..but to be holding the rune to enter the doors...please let me know if this is what you did as it will mean I can stop trying to work out what I did wrong. And then I can't start regretting giving the old crone the rune.

Yes this also worked for me...before uninstalling the game, I uploaded my save to the cloud. After the game had Completely installed i then started the game and my progress was automatically updated to the game, which was surprising...anyway all works great now thanks for the fix

Hi, I'm in the same situation, got my refund this morning and no request for the game back. A few pages say cd are refunding physical box copies even if it comes out of their pockets.
