Hi, I'm in the same situation, got my refund this morning and no request for the game back. A quick Google led me to this thread. Haven't tried playing it yet as wasnt sure if I could.
You can definitely keep playing. If you have the discs still then there's nothing stopping you from using them until they ask for then back. If they do, then send them. If not, just keep and play!
Are you able to play it still, if so enjoy your free game. I beat the game and got refunded halfway through on my second play through. 150hours

Well I didn't request a refund they gave me and I wasn't gonna fight them after clocking the game. Like I said, they handled this refund situation badly.
'Enjoy' is a strong word considering I have it on PS4 haha! But yeah, I'll try and finish it at least. I was willing to send it back so was just curious as to why they refunded without requesting it back.

I received my refund today, with no mention of sending my copy back either. I think it was mentioned at the stage where I had to take pictures of my game/receipt with the ticket code, but not brought up since.
Hoping they don't ask for it back now and I can finish it if the next patch fixes the glitch I was having that stops me progressing with the main story.
Hey man you deserve it. I got refunded digitally do they locked me out but I definitely love hearing that people can get their refund then play for free cause that may as well be what its’s worth!🤗

There are loads of sites saying its been very difficult for player who purchased from the PS store and steam and many who's refund request were rejected. A few pages say cd are refunding physical box copies even if it comes out of their pockets.
