[edit]Inherited from Old Marathi 𑘑𑘨𑘰𑘜𑘹𑘽 (gharāṇeṃ), from Prakrit *𑀖𑀭𑀸𑀬𑀬𑀡 (*gharāyayaṇa) + Middle Indo-Aryan -𑀓- (-ka-), from Ashokan Prakrit *𑀕𑀭𑁆𑀳 (*garha), see there for more.
