The Pensioner Affairs Minister of Israel (Hebrew: שר לענייני גמלאים, Sar LaInyanei Gimla'im) is the political head of the Israeli Ministry of Pensioner Affairs and a position in the Israeli cabinet. The post was created following the coalition agreement between Kadima and Gil (the Pensioners' Party) after the 2006 elections.

Gil leader Rafi Eitan took the post on 4 May 2006, although the ministry itself was not formed until a vote of approval by the Knesset on 25 July 2007.[1]
