Criterion 3 (To correct obvious errors in filenames, including misspelled proper nouns, incorrect dates, and misidentified objects or organisms.) · The original version of 1974 constitution describe the State Seal only in black and white. All government-issued documents and fact books use and show the colours gold and black as in

. All contemporary photos that include State seal confirm it. The colours used in this file can only be traced back to foreign websites.
